Ron Cohen VAS was founded in 2022 by Ron Cohen MRICS, following 20 years of experience in Israeli real estate valuation, including over a decade as District Valuer for the Haifa and North Districts at the Valuer General of Israel. Ron also serves on the International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC) Tangible Assets Board.
Today we are the only RICS regulated firm in Israel, and Ron is the only RICS Registered Valuer in Israel, in addition to being registered with the Israel Valuers Board.
We provide high-quality valuation and investment advisory services across a wide range of assignments, including financial reporting, expert witness, acquisitions and disposals, development viability, and statutory matters.
