Ron Cohen Valuation Advisory Services was founded in 2022 by Ron Cohen MRICS, who served for more than a decade as a District Valuer for the North and Haifa Districts at the Valuer General of Israel. Ron is a highly experienced arbitrator in valuation disputes.
Today we are the only RICS regulated firm in Israel and Ron is the only RICS Registered Valuer in the country, as well as being registered by the Valuation Board of Israel.
Our clients include leading international real estate service providers JLL and Cushman & Wakefield, professional service firms KPMG and JLL, on behalf of whom we provide high quality valuation and investment advisory services to international institutional investors and technology companies.
Since 2023 Ron has been a member of the International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC) Tangible Assets Board.
