Ron Cohen Valuation Advisory Services was founded in 2022 by Ron Cohen MRICS, who served for more than a decade as a District Valuer for the North and Haifa Districts at the Government Valuation Office in Israel. Ron is a highly experienced arbitrator in valuation disputes.
Ron Cohen is the only RICS Registered Valuer in Israel, as well as being registered by the statutory Valuation Council of Israel.
In 2020 Ron Cohen founded the IVS Forum, an organization with over 350 members, who are all senior professionals in the real estate investment industry in Israel, and has been Director of the IVS Forum since its inception.
